Using the museum’s historic Livingston-Backus House kitchen as a setting, instructor Peggy Roll will lead participants through the creation of 2 different holiday breads. Participants will watch a demonstration on how to make yeast starter. They will then roll up their sleeves to create an Italian dove-shaped Colombia Di Pasqua Easter bread and English Hot Cross Buns. A light noon meal will also be created by the class to enjoy. A great class for beginner or intermediate bakers. Limited to 8 participants ages 16-adult.
