The New York State Festival of Balloons is a community event that goes for four days. Daily balloon flights. plus arts and crafts vendors.
6 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6 am and 6 pm then Monday at 6 am. Event highlights include arts and craft vendors, food court, tethered rides, free continuous entertainment, rides and amusements for children and a car show. children under 12 get in free. No pets, coolers, alcohol or drones allowed.
