About Us

Chances and Changes is the NYS licensed domestic violence and homeless 24/7 shelter as well as provider of non-residential domestic violence services and homeless services serving Livingston County residents. Victims of domestic/family violence, homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, and their children, are provide domestic violence crisis intervention and support services including 24/7 hotline and shelter for immediate safety. Case Management and service coordination are provided to all clients C&C serves; these include: crisis intervention, support groups, counseling, court advocacy, transportation, information and referral.
